MAKING THE GRADE: IMI QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RECIEVES ISO CERTIFICATION
International Standard confirms high standards for EQUAL® manufacturer

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa (April 7, 2005) - Known worldwide for providing reliable, quality solutions for the trucking industry, International Marketing, Inc. (IMI) can now claim to have one of the industry's most efficient and exacting quality management systems - thanks to their recent ISO 9001:2000 certification.

This accolade was awarded to IMI after the company successfully completed a lengthy quality management system (QMS) implementation and review process

Developed by the International Organization of Standardization (ISO), the 9001:2000 standard is an internationally recognized quality management system guideline. The process emphasizes high quality standards for all internal systems, procedures, and documentation, and stresses total employee involvement. To fulfill these requirements, IMI implemented a QMS designed to strengthen and maintain the company's operational processes. The system was then reviewed by an ISO auditor prior to receiving its seal of approval.
