AUDIT Tire Survey Tools
AUDIT includes user-friendly, high tech tools designed to fully integrate with and enhance the AUDIT tire management software program. These tools will significantly reduce the time and labor costs associated with collecting and recording physical tire conditions, air pressure data and tread depth measurements. Actual data collection time per wheel position, including any re-airing required, is approximately 40 seconds; compared to 2 minutes - the industry average utilizing current methods which does not include re-airing. AUDIT Tire Survey Tools are simple to use and built to survive the environment. And because they are data collection tools and not data entry tools, they lead the mechanic through the process.

Vehicle ID numbers can be selected from the AUDIT database for direct download to the DATA-AUDIT hand-held controller. Vehicle layouts are transferred as well and displayed on the 128 X 128 pixel graphic screen. The operator is directed via a user-friendly, menu driven prompt. The blinking wheel position on the graphic vehicle layout indicates the current status of the data collection process. DATA-AUDIT hand-held unit features oversized keypad buttons for easy operation and will operate for up to eight hours at a time before recharging via the docking station. With each download, DATA-AUDIT is capable of collecting data on 50 different vehicle identification numbers with up to 1,000 wheel positions (20 wheel positions for each of 50 vehicles). The DATA-AUDIT also allows an operator to select up to 4 different physical tire conditions from a predetermined list for each tire/wheel position.

The wireless AIR-AUDIT will immediately read and record tire air pressure and then automatically inflate or deflate a tire as designated by the software parameters.

The TREAD-AUDIT will display and record four tread depth measurements in 32nds of an inch or in millimeters, accurate to 1/64" of an inch or 0.4 mm for each wheel position.

All information collected into DATA-AUDIT can be quickly transferred to a PC by infrared data transfer from the DATA-AUDIT docking station or via hard wire. The time and expense of manual data entry is completely eliminated.
